Well, perhaps Holland (South/North) should become an independent country and then Flanders (Vlaanderen) could join the rest of the Netherlands.
Anyway, I have changed my settings from "Holland" to "Netherlands" again, "Holland" should just be removed from the options.
A question for staff: is "country" supposed to be your nationality or your location? Not all of us live in the country we were born.
I agree regions wich are not countries should be removed.
And my opinion is that you should fill in the country were you are living now
