One day I felt inspired to find out how I could play chess online and I found it through a google search
same here.
i typed a random site called chess.com and thus found this brilliant site.
same :)
I'd like to 3rd that ^_^
Was actually surprized something were here though,And then of course I did look for cheesecake.com :D:D
i believe that you could type in just about anything and add a ".com" .....and find it on the internet. that is how i found chess.com!
my orchestra conductor...
Google.
same here
One day, I wanted to get better at chess so I searched "chess" on google and the first thing I saw was chess.com!
I typed in chess.com and I figured nothing would come out haha
I was reading the threads here (don't remember why) for a while, (a few months before cheater_1) And the rest is history...
this was written on the wall in a gas station john,
"for a good game go to chess.com"
This is the reason that sometimes I wish I could travel back in time and buy out hundred of these addresses: chess.com, cars.com, cabbage.com etc. That way I could sell them for huge profit nowadays.
I started playing at "redhotpawn" , found that liked playing on line but the site is not that great . Punched in chess again , chess.com caught my eye I guess and I signed up . Started a game and another one , not being a patient man and don't like to wait I was soon up to 40 or more games . Now I'am addicted to chess play everyday and love this site ,
My nephew referred me and even payed for my membership..!!!
google search.
Got tired of playing on Yahoo. came here. nuff said!
One of my opponents on another chess playing site recommended chess.com to me and I have never looked back, great site!
Can I go to your orchestra?
I was playing chess on facebook, which used the Chess.com engine. One of my oponents moved his chess gaming over here, I followed to give it a try, loved it, and bought a membership back in November.
Chess.com's Facebook chess application. when I realized that 90% of my log-in to facebook was to play the chess...I decided to move on over here.
