How to decrease the time ratio?

Can anyone tell me how to decrease the time ratio... As i informed earlier, that i lost a lot of time and rating due to bad internet connectivity in local area, now I am trying to decrease my time ratio to below 10%... I am able to decrease it from 22%- 17%.. But can U tell me.. How is the time ratio calculated? and what is the best way to decrement it? please help chess.com helpers!!

U need to complete games on hand quickly.. Select players with less time per move (@ 2to 3 hrs or less) so that they also play normally quickly.. As games are completed Time ratio will reduce

As I see from your profile you have 22 timed out games out of 131 played so far which mathematically means you have to complete 221 games i.e. 90 more without being timed out.. Win or loss no matter

Try playing the ones with low time per moves..
