(1) Would it be possible to screen Team Registration / Match Notification alerts that don't apply to one's rating level?

(2) Failing that, could all alerts similar to above show the rating levels that apply to the Match/Tournament, so that one could delete them without opening them first? 

(3) Would it be possible to auto-delete similar alerts when matches have started?
