How often do you change the picture on your profile?

You get to it by going "My home" -> "Account" -> "Edit profile"
I do it once every six months now. I used to put up pictures of me playing guitar, but I got sick of that. Now I put up pictures my wife took! I think a current picture of yourself is a good idea since it lets see who we're playing and talking to via posts!
I have a picture up but it won't show it.
