I think this would be a good idea. You could have the regular signup. Then when the one or two day's before tournament's ready to start have Chess.com e-mail you when to be on.Then you log onto live chess ay your time and the game will begin. You wouldn't have to play all  your your games in one time slot. Only 1 or 2 depending on the length of the games.This process of Chess.com e-mailing and you logging on would continue until the tournament is finished. Please post your ideas and comments.

this is a HUGE topic - we're probably 3 months away from even starting on this :) great suggestions though!
