Here's the general gist. For those of you who are interested, I was thinking about suggesting a "mentor chain." Every player can volunteer to be a mentor or teacher who teaches lower ranked people some stratagies in games. They can also volunteer to be taught by someone. Since some people are so concerned about ratings, we can make it non-rated games. I understand if you don't want to participate but it sounds fun enough. I volunteer my services to anyone who's interested and would love some stratagey input from higher level players. My current rating is 1624 (chess.com).

Sounds good as there is one other chess site that has chess coaching as an intregal part of the site which is tabbed and you can select from 100's of players. This would be easy to intregate here all Erik, sorry Jay has to do is drink some more RedBull :))-
