Move cheating, popup, and bot threads here

Hey-

I'd love to see the moderators take a more active hand moving threads on cheating, pop-unders/overs ads, bots, and similar topics to this forum. A lot of these threads are dupes in any event and moving them here would clear up the general chess forum.
