I can now find my album of over 30 fotos with a complicated struggle... but no one else is going to take such bother and still awaiting "tkt "reply

So you are locating it a different way to the way we have shown xqsme?

Tickets normally take around 24 hours to be answered, sometimes sooner, sometimes longer.

Yes  I found it accidentally by  clicking everything in turn... after 'create album ' is clicked to ' Cancel 'my fotos APPEAR ...not what one would expect !Cant find them any other way so far, Btw my pages are still in s ome older layout style  differently from current design.

My home page still states "album not published ", though it used to follow descriptions by friends kco and lph !

If it says album not published, it normally means album not published. You have to edit it and then hit publish. Or just click on it and hit publish.

I'm sure you are correct in principle...but programme reluctant to let me edit material it insists is not yet published ... Hmm.

Now adding comment by re- edit that in my version of pages there is no 'Publish'  wording to hit on . The intermittent nature of some of the problems  folk are relating applies to me also and this makes more difficulties.I would like to mention all  my lengthy comments are intended to help the problem solvers :Going back to the HelpTicket  after suitable interval. My pages seem to be non-standard left over old design... think thats the problem .

click-on  not published ablum

over on right side you should see "admin tool" that's where the edit is click-on it

an hit "update" to publish ablum

Truthfully friend lph  my pages are different and .I'm embarassed by the lack of response /help from site. Am on different server s also ( Safari and wotsitsname)so new Tkt is now the essentialnext move.
