What's worse is the iPhone app keeps handling abandonments like this:
My opponent disconnects because they feel they're losing
The app retracts my opponents last move, so that I am now being counted out (because it's my move), but I can't move, because it looks like my opponent is yet to move
I lose the game on time
So I get to waste up to an hour of my time and lose to a cheat. Really needs to be sorted out.
Hello,this post reffers to chess.com staff in order to express my disappointment for the fact that players who constantly disconnect or abandon games are unpunished from the site.I've just met οne and i found that at least 10 people had posted the same thing in his profile.I hope,that auto-message about violeted fair policy become true and properly theese players would be punished!
