I am not sure where to post this so I am putting it here. If it is in the wrong location please tell me.

I have been looking for a certain pewter sculptors chess sets and I am hoping someone here will be able to help.

I do not remember his name so this might be difficult.

I know he was very big in pewter sculpting in the 80's and 90's.

He would make a limited amount of chess sets every 2 years if my memory serves and you could purchase them for around 2 thousand US dollars.

He had a showcase store in Orlando Fl at Church Street Station.

He also made 2 or 3 turn of the century villages out of pewter and I believe Gerald Ford had one of them.

I do not remember much else but I am hoping this will be enough for someone to know who I am talking about or at least give me some ideas to help me find his name.

Any help at all would be appreciated!!!!!

Thank you,

Wjones4

I don't know if this is the guy, mainly because you can buy his sets at will now, but he's pretty well known for his miniature work (http://www.edmancollection.com/artist_profile/index.html).
