I agree. 3 weeks of vacation with only 46 minutes to go but can spend hours on Live chess seems like documentable offense.

I agree with you. I think that in general, as lots of people have said, it's a waste of time and energy to get annoyed with slow players, and there's always the possibility that there's something genuinely and seriously wrong in their lives. But this looks like somebody messing about.
