It would be great to have the ability post polls for threads that you create.  What do you think?

I would like to create a small survey for one of my teams but I can't, why?  There are surveys on the main page of chess.com but why can't premium members create their own polls or surveys?

I think it would be a useful addition to an already wonderful website.

Regarding surveys, the only option currently available is a discrete, multiple-choice variable (radio buttons). Could support for numbers be added? This would be much more natural for surveys such as: How many chess.com groups do you belong to?
