What level of membership is required to be allowed to watch the various chess videos in their entirey that appear as the first "articles" at the Chess.com homepage?

Thanks in advance...

baddogno

It's diamond, but you should probably look at the whole Membership page:

I've always wondered why Platinum is higher than Gold.

Thanks, will check...

Baddogno thanks.  I did look at that page already but my problem is that I don't know what these videos i want to watch are called.  These aren't "video lessons" are they?  If so I see your point.

baddogno

Yep, that's what they're called.  That Magnus Carlsen video got to you, eh?

It trades for a similar price, but is much rarer.

MuhammadAreez10

And palladium?

baddogno

What is this?  Introduction to rare metals 101?  Go google it.

Diamond is not a metal....

Its just a precious lump of carbon (citation needed)

MuhammadAreez10

Done. It's a platinum-like metal.

MuhammadAreez10

I mean palladium.

Diamonds are just hard graphite.

Perhaps basic members would prefer being called potassium level members.

MuhammadAreez10

.........Na metal can be cut with knife and Hg is the only liquid metal at room temp......

Na = Sodium, Hg = mercury  ( for non-chemists )

MuhammadAreez10

I knew all this. Am I a chemist?!

polydiatonic

Baddogno, yes, Magnus got me... :)

MuhammadAreez10

No. You got Magnus's video.
