Is there a way to see the list of rankings?

Goto "Online Chess" and click on the "View Players" link. The default is to sort players by ranking--exactly what you wanted.

I know but the highest rated player on the page was vacliurn with a rating of 2514 but it said that his ranking is #2! Who's #1?

 no need, go to members and click on the ranking option and you'll see the list...
