in connection with he subject, can anybody enlighten us on it, a lot of time is wasted due to its occurrence on live chess games & its disgusting losing coz it does not reflect the actual quality of the games.. imagine winning a game just on time even if you're in an inferior position or has no winning cahances but simply the benefit of "time" wasted on "reconnection" is it a web problem or signal prtoblem?
