What happens with bad problems in the tactics trainer after we report them?

they get removed.

Someone double-checks them for validity and they're either deleted, edited, or left as-is.

Actually once a tactics problem has been "reported" 3 times it is sent in for review and we will either correct and improve the solution or remove the tactic if it cannot be fixed.
