Computer: Stalemate vs. Checkmate

The Chess.com Computer doesn't seem to recognize stalemate vs. checkmate. As I was fooling around with it earlier today, it awarded me checkmate when in fact the computer's King not in check.

Has anyone stumbled across this bug?

I have been in stalemate with the computer and it doesn't seem to reconize this fact. It keeps claiming I must make a move when every move would be illegal.
