Recently a hot discussion was going on in World League forum and the topic was locked suddenly. I found such an action childish/arrogant and commented as such in notes. My comments in notes were deleted! Here is a link to the topic under discussion

You may agree or disagree with the various views, but to lock a topic in such a manner is not the done thing. It makes you think that WL directors act in a strange way when they do not have any logical answers. We expect more maturity from them.

IMHO if the people of Bharat can not get united under one team to "showcase their true strength " to the world, then that can't be a problem of the authorities of WL !What could be the point in continuing the forum if the WL authority has declared their decision after giving due time for expression & discussion on that topic ?
There was a disconnect between what the request was made in the topic and what was deliberated and decision given.
The request was to allow Indians to play in TI and IM both in same round as they play in different divisions.
The inherent meaning of this request is that I was not challenging WL's decision to allow IM and TI to play in WL.
But WL diredctors, after due considerations gave a decision that TI and IM both will play in WL. They gave answer to a question that was not asked and then locked the topic!
What about giving final answer to the question for which the topic was created?
Every country deserves to field it's strongest team in a league. Nothing will be lost if Indian players are allowed to play for IM as well as TI in the same round because they play in different divisions. This was my point. Except for quoting the existing rule (which we already knew) WL directors seem to have ignored this question and started debating on IM vs. TI (which is not what this topic was created for).
By allowing Indian players to play for IM as well as TI in the same round, league's authenticity will improve. At present if someone says India was 14th best in chess.com, I will disagree because we are not being allowed to play our best players in matches due to a rule which makes little sense in this situation when the two groups are playing against entirely different sets of opponents. The directors need to have an open mind to deal with exceptional cases - and this is one of them.
Couple of weeks back it was decided that from 2012, only Team India will represent India in all international team matches (Asian League, World League, Chess 960 World League).
