Although all the training and learning forums that are offered on this site have been very helpful to me. I need more of the personal touch as well. Would any one out there be willing to lead a limited online study group.

Or better still can Eric and his staff come up with one?

It looks like some other folks are trying to do just that. Check out:

If that's not what you're looking for, browse through the rest of the groups. Or start your own! Good luck.

I, for one, am not that organized.  How does what you want differ from what the forums offer?  How does it differ from chess mentor or tactics tutor?

Thanks Jasn I will look into that.

PawnFork, while the things you mentioned help, I am looking for the personal comments and connections perhaps playing a slow game and having some one outside the game analyze each move.

Reading and discussing books on chess, or perhaps taking a Grand Master game and discussing that move by move.

Or better still, no a days what with all the free weekend mintues we all have on our cell phones perhaps  something could bedone there as well.
