Lately i've seen lots of post complaining about how becouse one person drag a game using all of his legal time delay the whole tournament and unconfort all the other players registered on that tournament.
One suggestion that might be not that hard for the developers to implement and that would solve troubles could be "Number of days per game" insted of "days per move"
I.E: let's say we want to end each round on 3 months then, each player will start the game with 45 days on their clock.
The only diference with the actual clock sistem on chess.com its that time don't restart after making a move.
My suggestion is to restrict the tournament participation to those players who have lower average time/move index.
this can be done already.
