Is there any way to find out if any TT problems are taken from games I've played?  I just did a problem where one of the other solvers recognized his own game (and he was right, I checked).  I think it would be cool to be immortalized in TT--though, most likely, I'd be the player who made the blunder that opened the way for brilliant tactics....

I know I can find the source for any particular puzzle.  My question goes the other way:  can I learn whether any of my own games have  been sources for puzzles? 

I have asked the same question and have been told that there is no way to find out.  I have made the suggestion that they add this feature.  They have said they will put it on their "wish list" but I got the idea that it was a pretty low priority for them.
