I have to say thank you to the staff here at chess.com for chessTV last night covering the World Team Championships in China.  Not only was it free to all members, but guests who logged in and contributed to the chats included GM Shankland and WGM Pogonina.  But the biggest thanks I have to give is to IM Daniel Rensch--his eyeballs were bleeding by the time the show was over.  He worked when normally he'd be sleeping, keeping a lively and (mostly) accurate commentary through some difficult games.  By the third hour, his voice had dropped an octave, and at times it was painful to look at him as he struggled to stay awake.

To IM Rensch--you performed above and beyond the call of duty.  I have a tremendous amount of respect for how you handled yourself last night.  I'm giving you two thumbs way, way up, I'm lifting a few beers in salute in your general direction, and I'm saying thank you very much.  You deserve all the appreciation you get here, as well as a raise--well, you'll get the appreciation, at least.  Thanks!
