...this is more like commercials and art being the main stay, sprinked with a little chess...I hate it...and of course it is done at a main point in the game...this model just does not cut it. Thank Chessbomb for Chessbomb...

Yes, their timing for these long breaks has not been very good since the game is exciting.

...so we will not be "Shorted" today
Indeed But my video feed keeps getting cut off every 3 minutes or so, so I miss some of the commentary while I refresh. Do you guys have that problem? Anyway, I went out to buy some bananas, and ohh look at the position now ... d6 weakness not on the cards anymore?

They have to get money somehow
The concept of not annoying your customers has apparently not caught on with Russia's capitalists yet
Oh yes Naiditsch is suggesting planting white's a-rook (via c1) eventually on c6. Looks good to me
22. Bh3 must be to prevent an f5 break?
All_ways_winner
It's Bh3
...no problem with my feed "keju"...has to be a local problem.
Ah okay, if I'm lucky my feed lasts for 8 minutes. Never mind ... this is still great fun. I also remember watching Kramnik-Kasparov live some 10 years ago ... it was great! Live chess at top level is the bomb!
We're on the 22nd move, and it's the first time Gelfand is taking some time to play. The position looks similar to some I have played. Black's d6 pawn is still the target in this game, as mentioned earlier. So white will try to get contol of the seventh rank.
Any guesses for Gelfand's next move ?
I don't think d6 is the target anymore(at least not for now).Anand will most likely attack b4 or try to invade on 7th rank.
Position after 22. Bh3. Gelfand thinking now ...
..actually, the d6 pawn is still a target of focus...but now there is another weekness on b4...
It's Qb6
White needs to bring the f-rook into the game but there is no obvious way to do it. The square c1 is nicely watched by the black bishop.
Oh wow Bd7 No guesses for where that bishop is going.
23 ... b3! That black rook is eyeing a2?
It's b3 by Gelfand
