I got it why Gelfand played Nd5. If Vishy playes Ne4 then Nb4 putting pressure on c2 pawn

After 17 moves, it seems the very critical part of the game is upon us. 

i kind of wish we saw the plan of a3 and b4, or probably my misguided idea of pushing my a pawn to eternity. the one thing in white's favor is that the be7 is not likely a happy piece in the endgame.
