I heard some premium members complaining that they werent getting their money's worth because they had a problem with the new layout. 

So I had an idea, what if there was a theme designing competition.  Where participants designed different themes and got a number of people to use it. 

The reward could be credits which could add up and be used toward a free membership.  There could be an annual competition, a monthly competition, and weekly competition.  5 credits rewarded for the weekly competition, 25 reward for the monthly competition, and 100 reward for the annual competition.

It could cost 1000 credits for a 1year gold premiumship, 300 for a month premiumship. 

This wont solve the layout problem completely but it'd be a step in the right direction.
