I have finished a tournament in which I was playing in joint first (absolute fluke/miracle) and see a message which says I have been awarded 89 points. What does this mean and what do the points count towards? I couldn't see anything mentioned in FAQ's, my rating has changed as dramatically as 89 points and neither has the points that are received for forum and blog comments?

Could someone please enlighten this heathen?
