I'm pretty new to chess.com  - love the site!

I would like to play in some friendly tournaments on this site, is there a place where I can do this? Thanks -

I believe official tournaments will be implemented in around two months.  Right now, many players start an organize their own.  Just keep an eye on the forums to see whenever a new one is started.

Maybe sooner! There will be some new features released "tonight" (sorry, but I am confused by all the time zones etc).

 In the thread "Very angry!!", Erik clearly states that tournaments will be up in 60 days or so.

Dear management,

 I hear your going to start tourny's?  If thats the case would it be too much trouble to assign a sign-up sheet on here so everyone could sign up, in lieu of going to different locations,possibly avoiding :how'd u sign up?? , I didnt see it. wish I would have known, etc.
