I've noticed that when I solve a puzzle, I have the 'report' button up there, but whenever I fail, it doesn't appear! Curious, isn't it? I'm on Firefox.
I am not sure it is related to solving or failing. However, some tactics trainer problems will havbe a report link while others will not. The tactics trainer problems which have already been verified and approved as a good problem by a Tactics Trainer Approver will not have a report link while those problems which have not yet been verified and approved as a good problem by a Tactics Trainer Approver will have a link to report it as a bad problem.
