Wanted: Generic Training Schedule for Adult Improvers

I once read an interesting blog suggesting a generic training schedule. It would be nice if someone could suggest something along those lines.

I've been following this plan and have made some modifications based on my own experiences and the experiences of other internet chess junkies.

Yea it's a good article but I think I can improve on it. Laughing

I take issue with his idea of a good games anthology, also his reliance on books for tactics training is definitely not the best.
