On your profile it has a section saying "my points" with however many u have after that.

so wat are they? how do you earn them? and are they good for anything?

I don't believe they are good for anything anymore... maybe bragging rights.

They are awarded for participation... for instance, when you post or reply to a post (such as now), you'll receive a point.

    >< Which part of the profile? I can't find it. And yes, it really only shows participation.

Oh, nvm. It has it under my join date.

As i m nw to dis chess world so i dnt knw mch abt it bt i think points increase when v post a nw topic or rply to ny topic n here u'll c an increment of 1 alwz. Suppose my pt z 0. D moment i'll post ny nw msg then it'll b increased to 1 automatically. Nw if i'll rply smbdy's post then it'll b incremented again by 1, finally aftr updation it'll bcome 2 n it continues like dis only. I hope.......i xplained it correctly :)
