What happened to Report Abuse?

    Just wondering where the Report Abuse button has gone?  It used to be at the bottom of every page.  Maybe it was being abused itself so it's been moved somewhere less prominent?

    I don't want to use it currently (though I have in the past when some forum posts have seemed to me inappropriate) - just curious.
