I posted a forum about how to be a graceful winner and no one commented yet - 62 reads, no comments.  I am unwinned in my three week old career - I am sure there must be winners out there somewhere who can show how to exhibit a bit of grace and class.  But alas no posters yet.  Perhaps the classiest winners keep to themselves.

A lot of folks posted about losing though in a separate comment.

Forums are fun.  Almost as fun as . . . oh, what's that game, where you move little guys around on a sort of checkered square thing?  And some of the guys look like horses.  It'll come to me.  Anyway, forums are fun, and this is an ESPECIALLY fun forum!

Try a title like:

A gay, cheating, islamic, politician just beat me using DeepRybka.

You might get a response or two.

Make interesting topics.

But in the end... who cares?

If the number of responses in your topics is so important, find a forum where there is heavy discussion and is poorly moderated, then open a topic on religious debate.  Make a bold statement like "Evolution cannot be true; the theory of Creation is correct" and you will have a topic filled up with ridiculous claims from lots of people who don't know what they are talking about in no time.

You'll also be responsible for sparking off a pretty significant flame-war.

Will you then be happy?

Post a game and start discussing it.

If that doesn't bring enough reactions then post a game and ask in the title: is he a cheater or should he resign?  always succes.Laughing

I always try to leave some comment whenever I view a topic, even it's just a 'Thanks for the posting". Seems to me to be common courtesy and only takes a couple of seconds, but then you have to remember you're dealing with common chess players, who have very little common courtesy.

How about: "I beat a guy while cheating and now he won't resign and is abusing his vacation time and making offensive chat comments"

Sounds like a sure-fire winner to me.
