Why accept only to abort?

    Does this apply to games I abort when being a chess greeter? Sometimes I might have it set to 5 or 10 games, left it a day or so and they've not moved, so I abort to I can play someone else willing to actually play a damn game.

    If this does affect my score, then they I won't bother being a chess greeter.


    Applies to live not online games.

    This is still going on.  There are no unknown variables in the games I create... no random colors, etc.  And still, 3/4 of the games I create are accepted and immediately aborted.  I wish these children would grow up.

    DeepGreene (or other staff), might I suggest a slight modification to the software?  While aborting certainly has a legitimate use, we should keep that ability. But perhaps we should disallow aborts within ten minutes of accepting a game.  I don't know if this is a good idea or not, but could be worth discussing.
