    Good to see your puzzles again.  It took me several mis-steps to see this one.
    I should by now be conditioned to look for a queen-sac first.  This time white makes an offer that black can't refuse - not when  he is in zugzwang. Black has 3 alternative moves (actually more if you count all the squares the rook can move to on the 8th rank), but if he doesn't take the offered Q, Queen's next move is checkmate  - and if he takes it, there is no escape from the c-file.

    This is a good one. You had to read the title and know that it was a "Mate in 3" puzzle.  There are a number of good ways to mate-in-4 as others have shown.
