This one really puzzled me! :/

4. Kf1!! is a beautiful move - it's quiet, but for all Black's huge lead in material there is nothing he can do to stop the mate. The genius comes in where White spots this fantastic finish before he sacrifices his Queen.

nice waker upper, was able to get check with g4+...pxg3 2. Ne3+...Kf4, 3. Ng2+...Kf3, 4.Tried Bb5,try again, tried Rg3,try again, hit help,4. Kf1...Qb4,5. Rg3#.Do not get why at move 4, Bb5 was rejected, but I guess white had to take away check threat from pawn g3xf2 by moving Kf1,also after checking with Bb5...Ke2, do not have checkmate move to solve puzzle.not very easy in my book,Thank's Chess,Com.Good day chess heads!!!!!

If black's goal is to prevent mate in 5, then his move 4. ... Qb4 was a blunder. He should have moved 4. ... gxf2 to prevent 5. Rxg3# That still allows 5. Be5+, but black can delay the checkmate by interposing his e-pawn.
EDIT - I stand corrected.4. ... gxf2 does prevent 4. Rxg3#, BUT white still gets mate-in-5 with Nh4.Thanks, iykenna for pointing that one out.
White to move and mate in 7. Hope I got it right this time. Thanks to those who helped me see the flaw.
Nice job, made one mistake, went to capture Q which I would have done in real game on move two, goes to show where there is a time to capture Q in game, but if mate can be attained without taking Q as in this case, anyone would take the mate instead of Q.I made Q attack without any other thought, position beat out power in this case, thats why surveying board is imperitive to be a good chess player, which i failed to do,good puzzle with good move sequence to achieve mate.Thank's
