There is no way to fulfil the title's requirement of finding a forced mate in 3.

White is nicely mating with queen and knight after sacrificing rook and bishop, but it will take 4 moves, e.g.:

1.Rxf7+ Kxf7 2.Bxe6+

a) 2...Kxe6 3.Qg8+ Ke7 4.Nd5# or

b) 2...Ke7 3.Nd5+ Kxe6 4.Qg8#
