Nice puzzle.
Jolly Good!
Got all the moves correct!
Good job.
why not move blacks pawn to c3 with the first move??? That leaves an excellent opening for Bf4, K1, Qf6, Bxf4, Pxf3, HC4, then finally Rx7. No one else saw that????
used ALL (the 3) pieces...
all pieces used.
Not the pawns!!!
EASY
cool
nice..ty.
Pretty hard but good puzzle.
GOOd enough!
1....f6 2 Qxa6 and it's white that wins
After 2.Kf1 Rd8, why isn't Qxa6 played?
I don't understand....
because you're a dumbass.
If a person can't understand is he a dumbass ! Very unhandsome word.
Nice puzzle!
'cause Rd8 mates
Rd1# not Rd8#...........
I agree.
now i'm understand... :)
wow, u guys sure r fast.
Good Puzzle. And white still has some (remote) drawing chances with 1 or 2 pawns for the B. All things considered, I think the variation with 2. Be3 is best for white.
I know, people are going to flame me saying that white loses B and P if he plays 2. Be3, but consider this: The variation given in the puzzle (2. Kf1) leaves you with 2 P vs B, but your pawns are totally disconnected (g5, f3, d3) and therefore indefensible. So in about 14 or 15 moves after the end of the puzzle, white is going to lose all those stragglers (for example, 5. Rd2 (else 5. ... Rxd3) Be3 6. Rd1 Bxg5 and the pawns are already starting to drop.
But if white plays the variation 1. .... Bb6+ 2. Be3 Qxd3 3. exd3 Bxe3+ 4. Kf1 Bxg5 then white is no worse off than in the 6 move variation given above, but black must now lose a tempo to develop his rook.
Either way white is in a losing position, I fully acknowledge that, but in a real game, when you find yourself on the losing end, the best thing you can do for yourself is to not hand the other guy 2 free tempi for developing and centralizing his pieces!
