very interesting puzzle.
as a new player never thought to sacrifice queen at this position.
learning more every day.
could you not get an easy checkmate by bringing the pawn thats on g3 moving it to g4?
very good puzzle
in the third movement the black can take the h8 with the queen in c3
thismovement could give the black the win 3 ---- Qxh8!!
Good puzzle. I'm so used to taking the easy way out. I got frustrated when I was doing it. Lol
very interesting, tx
1. f5 has some nice variations off it too. Nice puzzle; thanks for the solution.
I wont lie i didnt see it lol ^_^ !
why doesn't black just take the rook on #3?
You smell and your mom dresses you funny.
(Since you don't seem to have read anything else in this thread, I'm guessing you'll miss this too.)
If it's a chess.com puzzle, always look first to throw away your queen.
way go to Qc8?! Qh8!!
Is anyone noticing that the queen dosen't need to sacrifiece on move 3? If it takes out the rook like its positioned to then white looses. This is a stupid puzzel lol. Good idea with the queen sacrifice but i don't think white will win this one...
3. ... Qxh8 4.g4 mate. White wins.
Fairly easy puzzle.
