Neat puzzle! Nice combination of moves.
In the 1. ... Nh7 line, I can't see a mate in five after 3. Bxe6+, Kxh7. But instead 3. Rxg7+ and Black's done for (3. ...Kf8; 4. Rg8+, Kf7; 5. Qg7#).
