Whoever Proposed Ra5 for an alternative, it is not a good idea. The move can be countered by Rb1 attacking b6, where the knight must move to put the king in check and white's checkmate is spoiled and black has an opportunity to win again. I do not see the wisdom in alowing your opponate the freedom of manuver to come up with ways to spoil your victory.
