First move: what is the best queen sac? Then go from there.
its a litle bit easyer when you know that mat is possible (puzle mode)...
in games not a lot of players will look (and see) for this ending... i think

Good one. Took a little to make sure, the queen sac leads to mate.
The first move was tough for me - I tried several others before hitting on the right one. After that (especially after 2. g6+) the line to mate was quite obvious. After it was all over, the logic of 1. Qxg7+ was quite clear, and I wondereed why I didn't see it right off. A beautiful sequence; black's every move is forced. So there is no room for analysis; the only "variations" would be wrong moves by white.
