I like this endgame puzzle.
Good one! Nice ending training! Normally 2 connected pawns (like Black with g3 and h3) will win easily to a rook. The rook cannot stop both connected pawns in those cases. Here Black's king is too vulnerable ...
But why did it take so long to upload this?

I have better solution. Mate in 4!
Just show it! There is no mate in 4 (at best defence by Black).
good puzzle. not necessarily looking for mate.
A couple of posters have aluded to it, but I don't think anyone has posted a reason for why the immediate Ra8 (or Ra7) doesn't work. Forcing the king an extra square away from the pawns on the 3rd rank is important, as the king is forced up the board to avoid mate. It doesn't quite work out if you don't play Ra4+ first.
Useful endgame exercise.
