Here I am.  Nice puzzle.  Pretty straight forward and logical.

    Did Chess.com make a mistake???

Normally in these puzzles, Black makes the best moves possible to delay the mate as long as possible.  Anyime you try to find an altrnate line for Black it usually leads to a quicker mate.

But instead of playing 2...Kg8, if Black was to play 2...Bh6, would that not make the puzzle a Mate in 6???

Check out this Blue alternate line for Black.  (The Red lines just show alternate moves for White and Black to show that 2...Bh6 should have been the move that Black should have played.)

Dude, it is still #, so be it

    doubledouble

Nice puzzle here.  The weakness on f7 was critical in so many lines.

I couldn't resist the flashy and devastating Qxg7+, in which white has a crushing attack but no mate in sight. :)

Is it possible for Chess.com to either post the mate in five if black plays 2...Bh6, if there is one, or admit their mistake if there isn't one?  There are people spending time looking for a mate in five that they can't find and doesn't appear to exist.  Please help them out.  Even though I did not spend alot of time looking for a mate in five on 2...Bh6, as I gave up pretty quickly, I am curious myself. Thank you.

I think that there is a solution button to push. It would probably shed more light on the subject.

I am looking for lines in an alternate solution.  Does the solution button help with that?  If it does please let me know.  Thanks.

Why are you looking for an answer that is not an answer? That does not make sense. Not trying to be rude.
