You are playing white, and black is going from the 8th rank to the first rank, so the pawn would just take your queen on g7 :)

Alternative solution 1.Ba7! h2 (1...e2 2.Qg1#) 2.Qg2#
I was thinking the exact same thing except the king can now move (instead of a pawn) 1. Ba7 Kh2 (which slows the mate down by a move since white has to play Bxe3 before mating)
