I don't see it as "solved." Black responds with ... Qd5, and white is pretty much forced to trade his rook for the bishop, and Black has a strong material advantage.
And for everyone saying this was easy, a fraction of you would have done that outside of the context of this daily puzzle. Appreciate the puzzle, it's a nice one, stop trying to pretend to everyone and yourself that you're the next chess hero

This is a good exercise in proper play to force a draw in a typical situation.
However, after 4. Kf7, there are other ways black can force a draw. Almost any move of the rook along the eighth rank (except probably to e8 or f8) will force a draw. 4. Rd8 will force it quickly. If White is prone to blunder, you might want to move further out on the eighth rank and let it stew a few moves. Save the rook for a while AND get the King to d7.
