At the very first glance I saw QxR, QxQ, Nxf7#, but since there's a knight on h6, the solution is obvious! :)

Nice, however I didn't underestand why the black killed the knight with the queen ?
Even if black took the N with the N on h6,it would still be mate with Bxc7.The black K was pinned by Re1,so black was doomed from the start!!!
