Black threatens mate in one move so white must check. Any other option and white loses. Good one!!
its amazing... no matter how early I get on here... there is always 4 pages of comments.
You know what kill's me,there are people waiting for daily puzzle, just to say "First page" What a life!
Nice Love this Game ...
Always asking me, reading comments as "too easy" - "Sunday puzzle", who of them would make it in a real game?
Roger is my name and chess is my fame.
Good puzzle but these seem to get easier pls give some studies and very tough puzzles... a warm request.......
A totally irrelevant and annoying comment that appears all too often. WHY ? - well. I suppose that this will remain the true daily puzzle. More of an enigma, particularly when posted on pages other than the first.
nice ! concentrate Queen has 2 checks which is the correct one. this multiple choice. thanks
Very good puzzle.
very good and enjoyable!
White must check black on every move, or black could launch a withering attack at g1. Fortunately, every check by white leaves the black king with only one forced "escape," until he has no escape available - checkmate.
EDIT: Actually, black's first move is not exactly "forced". He COULD move 1....Kd8, but that would allow 2.Qd7#.
