i dont understand why the f3 pawn doesnt take the rook over the queen swap

nice to see how a effective move like Rxe3, turns the game completely in blacks favour, the ``in between response`` obviously makes the difference, winning the Night and the game

if white took the R with the f3 pawn, whites Q would be lost after, Bxe3+
