Actually not bad for a sunday... not bad at all

Just right for Sunday morning. 

I had to give a little thought to the possibilities, but after a careful analysis I was able to find the answer without using a lifeline.

when i first saw the puzzle i was like: ARE YOU SURE IS WHITE'S MOVE? :)))

A little more difficult than the other Sunday puzzles, but very nice.

It was a Goldilocks Sunday puzzle:  Not too easy (debatable), not too hard.

I liked the use of the queen on the diagonal as well as the vertical.  Most of my "surprise" mates somehow involve the queen taking a long-distance dual attack like that.

What a relief after yesterday's tough play to draw puzzle.
